Hello Fellow Watchers and Supporters

The past month or so have been pretty hectic for me and it's about to get even more busy!

After this upcoming Easter weekend I'll be starting my new job at a small animal/exotic/wildlife clinic. It will be my first 'legit' first time career job since finishing school and I'm pretty nervous. I'll be working at the receptionist desk, taking phone calls and making appointments but since I have the veterinary technician and wildlife background I'm hoping the vets will take advantage of my skills from time to time.

That's the big thing that I'm preparing for. Once I start I'm probably not going to be able to get on the computer for anything whatsoever, whether it's DeviantArt or even my own personal uses like my Facebook to keep in contact with my friends from school and such. I'm excited to start, get the money flowing after stressing about money for so long, but the kid in me is worried that I won't have any time to just relax and spend time with friends, family and my boyfriend. I'll definitely miss sleeping in.

I hope that even though I will start working, that I'll still have time to enjoy the nice weather when it comes. My boyfriend and I really loved our trip to the Toronto Zoo for our anniversary back in January and we are planning another trip in late May to see the new Giant Pandas that the zoo has acquired as well as see the other animals that were quiet during the winter. I am looking forward to getting some action in with my camera as I feel he's being neglected.

I had been so busy the last few months - especially right after New Years with my anniversary with my boyfriend, that I completely missed the fact that I had just hit a DeviantArt milestone. On January 2nd, it was my five year anniversary on this site! Can't believe it's been five years!!

I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to view my account and my pictures. I work hard to capture any great picture I see and I always look forward to posting them on this site to see my friends, watchers and supporters telling me how they enjoy the pictures just as much as I do. I know my pictures aren't as great as a lot of other artists out there, but I put my heart into each one.
Each comment, each favourite and each watch means the world to me and I thank each and every one of you out there for your support
